RADIANT will implement dynamic value chains for underutilised crops (UCs) in Europe, realising opportunities whilst overcoming barriers using “top-down” and “bottom-up” approaches. RADIANT envisions a future where a widespread, informed adoption of agrobiodiverse systems promotes the wider use and consumption of UCs by citizens throughout Europe. RADIANT aims that farmers migrate towards its agrobiodiverse paradigm by showcasing that the transition is wise, possible, and worth it (economically, environmentally, nutritionally and socially).

ITC will (i) map value chain actors for underdeveloped crops (UC) and AURORA Farms through DIH AGRIFOOD approach and (ii) develop and deploy RADIANT’s blockchain based Dynamic Value Chain (DVC) Living Lab Demonstrator.
